Pompositticut  offers   a   Junior   Leader program for  young  adults who are 13,  14,  or  15 years  of  age  before  the  first  day of camp.   The program is designed  for  those who  would  like  to continue their camp experience and learn to become     caregivers, leaders and potential staff members in       the future.  Junior  Leaders  are  asked  to sign a        commitment contract adhering to the weeks of a          camper  session   and   are  expected  to  be  in           attendance daily from 8:15am-3:15pm, Monday             thru Friday. Each Junior Leader is also required             to demonstrate self-motivation, independence,             and  respectful behavior.  We  offer  guidance             and  leadership  advice to assist  each  Junior             Leader discover,  improve upon,  and acquire             skills needed to become full staff members at           Pompositticut.
