The  key to any good camp is the staff.  At PFDC our staff is selected on the basis of  experience, dedication to working with children,  knowledge and  certification  in their  area of  instruction as well  as  a  dynamic   personality.   You   can  be  assured your child will be under the supervision of   a   responsible   instructor   whose   primary concern is the well being of your child. Our head instructors are required to be at  least  18 years old  and  are  overseen  by  a  professional director  who  is  21+  years  old,  a college graduate and has had a minimum of 3 years experience in the specific activity.    Many  of our   staff   were  previous  campers  and  Jr. Leaders who have matured and are eager to return to  an  exciting  working  environment.   Additionally PFDC boasts of a dedicated staff, many of whom have been associated with the camp for 5 to 10 years.
